Lee B. Oliphant, President and Chief Executive Officer, MIB Group, Inc.

Lee B. Oliphant was appointed President and CEO of MIB Group, Inc. in 2011. Mr. Oliphant first joined MIB as its Chief Financial Officer and has additionally held executive leadership positions in MIB's new product development subsidiary, MIB Solutions, Inc. as its Executive Vice President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining MIB, Mr. Oliphant held several senior financial positions both at start-ups and large high-technology companies in the Boston area. He started his career in public accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Oliphant received an M.B.A. from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and has a B.S. in Business Administration from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. He also has an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT's Sloan School of Management, and has attended several Executive education courses at Harvard Business School.

Stacy J. Gill, Executive Vice President, MIB Group, Inc. and MIB Solutions, Inc.

Stacy J. Gill was appointed Executive Vice President of MIB Group and MIB, Solutions, Inc. in 2006 and has been a corporate officer since 1999. Previously, Mr. Gill was Vice President of MIB's Actuarial and Statistical Group (ASG) where he led a team responsible for MIB's research and product development including industry-wide experience studies, medical impairment studies, risk analytics and statistical agent reporting. Mr. Gill's executive leadership and expertise spans risk analytics, technology and statistics and he has presented at industry conferences including the Society of Actuaries, the Association of Home Office Underwriters, ACORD and the American Academy of Insurance Medicine. Mr. Gill holds an M.S. in Actuarial Science and a B.S. in Mathematics from Boston University. He also has an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT's Sloan School of Management.

Thomas E. Rhodes, FSA, MAAA, FCA, Vice President and Actuarial Director, MIB Solutions, Inc.

Tom Rhodes leads MIB's actuarial function within in the Actuarial and Statistical Group (ASG). This group provides statistical agent services for the New York State Insurance Department as well as maintaining responsibility for intercompany experience studies on life insurance, annuities, pensions, long-term care insurance, disability insurance and private placement bonds. ASG performs actuarial and analytical research for insurance companies and reinsurers, and maintains an integral role in developing new products and services for the insurance industry. Tom's role is to serve as an industry leader and to manage the team of actuaries who form the core of MIB's analytics capability. Tom is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. He regularly presents at industry meetings and at NAIC meetings on enterprise risk management and Principles-Based Valuation and is a former Chair of the Society of Actuaries Individual Life Experience Committee. Prior to MIB, Tom worked for the Guardian Life Insurance Company for 15 years, most recently as Second Vice President and Actuary. He was also Chief Actuary at the U.S. Veterans Administration. Tom earned his M.S. in Business Administration from Temple University and has a B.S. degree from Oberlin College.

Jonathan W. Sager, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, MIB Group, Inc.

Jonathan (Jon) W. Sager was appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel in 2005. He also serves as MIB's Chief Privacy Officer, Chief Security Officer and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Sager has extensive experience in life and health insurance regulatory compliance, privacy law, claims, and insurance company operations. Prior to joining MIB, Mr. Sager was Counsel to the Health Care Affairs division of Excellus Health Plan; Counsel to the life and health insurance practice group of Hinman Straub, P.C. in Albany, New York; and Senior Counsel, Insurance Operations and Litigation, MONY Life Insurance Company where he was also Chief Privacy Officer. Mr. Sager is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI), a member of both the Association of Life Insurance Counsel and the Association of Corporate Counsel, and a member of both the New York State Bar Association and Florida State Bar. Mr. Sager holds a J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, VA, where he served as Note and Comment Editor for Washington & Lee Law Review and a B.A. from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY.
